Exceptional customer service

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. Our record response time to all messages, emails etc is around 30 minutes. We work from 7am - 8pm Monday - Sunday to make sure we're always around to answer any questions!

UK MAINLAND

1. Delivery Cost:

We have three different postage options;

  • Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked - This is priced at £2.99, and it will arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch. 
  • Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked - This is priced at £4.30, and will arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery - This is priced at £9, Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm Monday to Friday. Signed for service. (If ordered after 1pm, it wont be sent till the next working day & if ordered on a Friday after 3pm, Saturday or Sunday, it won’t be shipped till Monday.)

Please take into consideration that these are not always guaranteed due to external factors and during seasonal times there will be delays. 

Please Note - Royal Mail Special Delivery - Exceptions apply to some addresses. Please see the list here. 24 Tracked and 48 Tracked isn't always guaranteed as there are occasions where factors outside of our control that can affect delivery

2. How long does it take to dispatch my order?

We ship all orders that are placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday the same day. *please note this is not always guaranteed during busy periods* Any orders Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday. If you need something urgently, please send an email and we can dispatch same day.

3. How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, it should take 1-2 working days (If chosen Tracked 24) to arrive, but this is dependent on Royal Mail as it can take longer during busy times / seasonal times. 48 Hour Tracked takes 2 - 3 working days.

4. Tracking your parcel

Tracking numbers are sent out automatically via royal mail after we have dispatched your item.

5. Where do we deliver too?

We deliver to the UK, USA, New Zealand and Australia . We will think about adding other countries at some point in the future.

6. Lost parcels:

After 5 working days, if you still haven't received your order and if the tracking hasn't moved, please contact us and we will send a replacement asap.

If the item is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a refund or replacement cannot be made unfortunately.

If an item is returned to us by Royal Mail due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee of £3.95 will be requested from the customer before a replacement can be shipped.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

To be eligible to a return, it must be in the exact condition it arrived in and nothing must be used. It must also be in the same packaging. You must return the item within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any hampers returned where we have hand written a gift message, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

To request a return, please email us quoting your order number. We may ask for your order confirmation email as proof of purchase and photos of any damaged items. We will provide you with a prepaid returns label. Once the return item has been returned to us, we will provide a replacement or refund. A refund or replacement may be arranged based on photo evidence only.

If you have received the wrong item or a damaged parcel please email us at info@indulgenthampersuk.com - quoting your order number and any photographic evidence.

Exchanges

We do not accept any exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds are processed for faulty or damaged you have simply changed your mind. Our policy lasts 7 days from the delivery day. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery day of your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Lost parcels - if your parcel hasn’t been updated since 10 working days from dispatch, we can class this as a lost parcel and offer a full refund. We cannot offer a full refund before 10 working days.

To be eligible for a refund, email us at info@indulgenthampersuk.com - quoting your order number. We may ask for your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Our Story

Hello,

Thank you so much for visiting Indulgent Hampers! My name is Emily and i absolutely love making all these hampers for you all and sending so much positivity and hugs through the post!

In 2021, Indulgent Hampers started from my dining room when I was 6 months pregnant.

I started making positivity hampers and self care hampers as hobby to help spread positivity and awareness to look after yourself to all my friends and family and a reminder to look after myself during the first lockdown. I couldn't find any affordable but lovely and different gift boxes to send to my friends and family, so I decided to make my own to send. This is when I realised this could turn into something special as I loved creating the boxes and all my friends and family absolutely loved them.

How's it going?

Well two years later, i am proud to be sending thousands of hampers across the UK spreading kindness and positivity straight to your door. 

I do run this small business all by myself so the love and care that goes into making these boxes is second to none. We also get the opportunity to support so many small businesses as we stock so many products from so many lovely small businesses.
