Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

To be eligible to a return, it must be in the exact condition it arrived in and nothing must be used. It must also be in the same packaging. You must return the item within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any hampers returned where we have hand written a gift message, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

To request a return, please email us quoting your order number. We may ask for your order confirmation email as proof of purchase and photos of any damaged items. We will provide you with a prepaid returns label. Once the return item has been returned to us, we will provide a replacement or refund. A refund or replacement may be arranged based on photo evidence only.

Exchanges

We do not accept any exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds are processed for faulty or damaged you have simply changed your mind. Our policy lasts 7 days from the delivery day. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery day of your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Lost parcels - if your parcel hasn’t been updated since 10 working days from dispatch, we can class this as a lost parcel and offer a full refund. We cannot offer a full refund before 10 working days.
